The goal of these bridge-building workshops is to bring together SDSU faculty and doctoral students whose research is related CCN. These workshops will be catalysts for new collaborations among faculty members, and will provide a means of integrating affiliates to the Center.
SDSU AFNI Bootcamp, September 8-11, 2016
The Center for Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience is pleased to sponsor a AFNI Bootcamp in MRI data processing and analysis. AFNI is free and widely used software package for processing, analyzing, and displaying MRI data to map the structure and function of the brain.
The goal of the four-day workshop is to offer brain imagers, with novice to advanced skills, expert instruction in techniques for, and developments in, MRI data analysis. The course will be taught by three of the software’s developers.
